1. Scope of Application

The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online shop.

The offer is directed exclusively at consumers. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities.

The purchase contract is concluded with:

3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to order.

By clicking the "Buy now" button, you place a binding order. The purchase contract is concluded as soon as we confirm your order by email.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are final prices and include the statutory value-added tax.

We deliver free of shipping charges.

5. Delivery and Delivery Time

We deliver to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

The delivery time is:

  • Germany: 5–14 working days
  • Austria: 5–14 working days
  • Switzerland: 7–18 working days

For deliveries to Switzerland, additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply, which are to be borne by the customer.

6. Payment

The following payment methods are available in our shop:

Payment is made directly during the ordering process.

7. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you received the goods.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments, including delivery costs, within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

8. Voluntary Return Policy

A voluntary return policy is not offered.

9. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

10. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.

In the event of slightly negligent breaches of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to foreseeable damages.

11. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

We are not obliged and unwilling to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
